Vimeo Video School
The Vimeo hosting and sharing site has been expanded to include instuction and support in the process of filming and working with video in the classroom.  Basic support for the beginner.

Embed Plus
With EmbedPlus, you can start your videos at a certain time, skip self-defined chapters, add annotations, zoom, and more to tweak the video to your liking.  To embed a YouTube video, simply grab the YouTube link of the original video you want to share, paste it into EmbedPlus, and tweak the size, start time, and scene markers for your video. It'll give you a new embed code that you can paste into blog, ppt etc.
